Eat less meat, more vegetarian, and walk frequently under the moonlight.
Let go of all attachments, and live as long as Peng Zu.

So the rabbit always stopped and went, sometimes even intentionally stopping to sleep. It felt that with the turtle being so slow, there was no way it could surpass it.
But the turtle always believed it could beat the rabbit. It ran step by step with great effort. It never got anxious because the rabbit ran faster than it; it just believed in itself and persevered.
Later, because the rabbit was too arrogant and overslept, the turtle overtook it, and the rabbit ultimately lost the race.
There was also a rabbit racing against a turtle. This rabbit clearly had an absolute innate advantage, but it still regarded the turtle as an equal opponent and gave its all in the race. When it reached the finish line, it was not arrogant.
Although the turtle had lost the race, it still insisted on running to the finish line. It lost the race, but it won everyone’s respect.”

Even if someone bullied you, don’t complain, no need to hate. That will shorten your life. Live, live and outlast them. When you go to burn paper money at their grave, you might not laugh, and you might even feel the impermanence of the world. It’s good that you started cultivating early. Hmph, all grudges are settled. You should even thank them for bullying you, which made you want to cultivate and live longer, hahaha.”
