It is a First Ring Evocation Spell, base Casting Distance 120 feet (36 meters), deals 4d6 (4-24) Radiant Damage on hit, and marks to guide attacks, granting advantage on the next Attack Roll, making it easier to hit.
Radiant Attack is quite Special, Guiding Bolt enriches Anse’s attack options.
