Chapter 9: Defying The Heavens!
Under the painstaking plan of these two primordial Creator Gods, a plan with an extremely high chance of success, sufficient to shake the cosmic order, was finally established.
However, this plan required the joint cooperation of all cosmic laws.
With divine power alone, no god could shake the Supreme Heavenly Father.
Only by uniting all the laws of the entire universe could they possibly defeat this absolute dictator of spirituality.
The two primordial Mother Goddesses could clearly perceive the hatred and fear of all gods towards Uranus, and the dissatisfaction and apprehension suppressed in their hearts grew daily.
Thus, the unbearable Mother Goddess Gaia resolutely summoned all her children.
The Lady of Night Nyx also acted in synchronization, to arrange her former children.
After the Mother Goddess Gaia, in a rare instance, once again proactively and enthusiastically drew the Heavenly Father into a blissful breeding ground, her avatars secretly summoned the consciousness of all the Titans.
When she voiced the terrifying idea of overthrowing Uranus, almost all the Titans trembled violently with fear, their vast divine radiance dimmed.
They even feared that they had heard this terrifying scheme, as if merely hearing it was blasphemy.
For this reason, the entire universe trembled, and all sorts of terrifying phenomena emerged one after another in the cosmos.
Many newly born living beings, in this instant, who knows how many were destroyed, or mutated by the gods’ fear.
While all the Titans trembled with fear, Mother Goddess Gaia keenly noticed that only Cronus did not tremble from this extreme fear.
Although he was somewhat fearful, his divine will remained calm, even possessing a strange excitement.
Furthermore, only he was the first to ask the crucial question: “How do we do it?”
How, indeed, could they overthrow the master of all sentient beings? Overthrow the Heavenly Lord whom sentient beings could not resist?
The Earth Mother Gaia was extremely satisfied with him; this child was not the eldest among the gods, nor the strongest, nor even the most intelligent.
However, he possessed the most precious quality that all gods could not match.
That was unparalleled courage.
Thus, the Great Mother Goddess told them the specific plan; this plan was meticulous and bold, and the chance of success was indeed extremely high.
However, many Titans were still deeply intimidated by Uranus’s oppressive power, the shadow of fear enveloping their minds; they wanted to resist but dared not.
But under Cronus’s unremitting efforts and incitement, his firm and infectious will finally awakened the deep-seated desire for freedom and security within the Titans.
Finally, all the Titans made up their minds to fight to the death!
If we stay now, we die; if we undertake this great plan, we die; if we wait to die, why not fight to the death?
However, the one who dared to take the lead was still Cronus.
The one who undertook the main action was still Cronus.
When all the plans were meticulously deployed, peace and tranquility were restored to the universe, and a long period of silence was maintained.
All the Great Gods behaved even more obediently towards Uranus, silently enduring everything, thus numbing his already thin vigilance.
Although, the arrogant Heavenly Father Uranus inherently lacked vigilance; he considered himself supreme and unmatched.
Indeed, who could resist the Master of Spirituality?
All living beings were merely his insignificant creations.
They were merely playthings in his hands.
The Material Mother Goddess Gaia, once again with great enthusiasm, proactively invited the Heavenly Father Uranus into her breeding ground of all things.
She used all her gentleness and charm to make him completely immersed in the grand union of evolving cosmic laws, making the arrogant Heavenly Father forget everything, and the Sky Dome and Earth once again intertwined as one.
Just as the Heavenly Father was fully immersed with the Material Mother Goddess, actively creating cosmic laws, and the pleasure in his divine depths reached its peak, all the laws of the entire universe sprang into action.
Oceanus, the vast ocean current encircling the world, and Tethys, the freshwater goddess who nourished all things, at some unknown time, their ceaseless movement almost completely ceased, and the life-giving water flow of the universe stagnated.
The brilliant Daylight Hemera had vanished at some unknown time, quietly retracting its light; the omnipresent Aether, Aether, had also, at some unknown time, silently halted the operation of Aether elements throughout the entire universe, causing the universe’s vitality to temporarily freeze.
Crius, this Great God who governed the cosmic framework, turned a blind eye to everything before him and secretly fanned the flames.
And Hyperion, the light of celestial bodies, had also, at some unknown time, cooperatively extinguished all the light of the stars, plunging the entire universe into deep darkness and silence.
The endless Dark Night, like a tide, began to spread silently throughout the universe, silently devouring all radiance.
Heaven and Earth, in silent stillness, had been quietly enveloped by Night.
Iapetus, the Weaver of Death, his divinity swayed violently in fear, but in this deep night, he quietly wove the laws of death for his father god.
Although he trembled all over with fear, he was doing his utmost, using all his divinity to complete this terrifying task.
The Sacred Goddess, the Controller of Sight and Perception—the Heavenly Father’s “eldest daughter” Theia, now exerted her full divine power, silently stripping Uranus, who was immersed in pleasure, of his keen perception and sight, plunging him into blindness and sluggishness.
The most fundamental and primordial divine laws and order of the universe—Goddess Themis, with her irrefutable authority, judged the dictatorial rule of the Master of Spirituality, Uranus, to be an erroneous order, providing divine legitimacy to this rebellion.
Mnemosyne, this usually low-key Goddess of Memory, now played a crucial role.
She continuously blurred Uranus’s memory, making him unable to clearly recall everything that had happened.
Phoebe, the bright God of Intelligence, desperately made the Lord of Spirituality’s intellect sluggish, preventing him from thinking efficiently.
And Coeus, the god of insight and thought, cooperated by paralyzing the Heavenly Father’s insight and thought, making him completely unaware of the anomalies in the surrounding universe, plunging him into ignorance.
Rhea, the Great Mother Goddess of Rhythm, cooperated by beginning to slow down the “movement” between heaven and earth, causing Uranus’s thoughts and actions at this time to almost come to a standstill.
It was at this very moment that Cronus appeared.
He was no longer an ethereal law; Mother Goddess Gaia had poured all her strength into shaping a physical form for him, a body that was now almost perfect in the entire universe.
Immeasurably tall, immensely powerful, incredibly agile, profoundly wise, and with the boundless, divine courage in his chest.
This courage, like fiercely burning flames, was the flames of a burning universe!
It was the only warm light in the now dark entire universe, blazing and scorching!
With this immense courage, he illuminated the seemingly eternal cosmic dark night!
