Universe New World Pioneer Agreement
I. No faction may use force against Native forces in the New World to threaten, coerce, or conquer.
II. Do not use commercial dumping or other commercial means to destroy the native economic order of the New World.
III. If Natives of the New World actively provoke, moderate counterattacks may be conducted, but this may not be used as an excuse to implicate or massacre people beyond the provocateurs.
IV. Except in special circumstances, do not sell large-scale, high-powered lethal weapons to the New World.

If any faction violates the above agreement and causes serious adverse consequences, the Train Crew will consider closing that section of Silver Rail.
