Chapter 50: Open Team Voice Chat, Quietly Stir Things Up
“Beg us then.” Star emerged from the sea, looking at Bosei with a smug expression.
Bosei’s eyebrows twitched lightly. As the High Priest, she was solemn and dignified, and no one had ever dared to be so frivolous and presumptuous in front of her. For a moment, she didn’t know how to respond.
Begging them was a bit embarrassing, but the Sea God had issued a divine decree.
“Don’t listen to her nonsense.” March 7th shoved an ice block into Star’s mouth and asked Bosei, “If we go to Sea God Island, can we leave anytime?”
“Yes, but you still have to accept the assessment.”
“No problem then. Sister, let’s go.” March 7th said.
“Follow me. I am the High Priest of Sea God Island, Bosei.” Bosei introduced herself.
“I’m March 7th, and these are my companions.” March 7th introduced them one by one.
Not long after March 7th walked away, the ice block farthest away began to melt.
Meng Huaifeng couldn’t care less about practicing stepping on water anymore and hurriedly climbed onto the ice surface to chase after them.

“Accept the divine position and you can’t leave? That’s not okay! How about we just go and not accept the assessment?” March 7th started to back out.

“Star makes sense. Then we won’t do it.” March 7th agreed.

When the sacred pillar was completely covered in blue light, Bosei pointed at March 7th.
A blue light pillar descended from the sky, enveloping March 7th’s body. The color of the light pillar began to change, from blue to white, then quickly to yellow, purple, black, red, and finally to gold!
The golden light gradually converged, ultimately leaving a golden trident mark on March 7th’s forehead.

But March 7th was the Sea God-selected inheritor.
“Ah? How could this be.” March 7th pouted like a little cat.
“Try first to see if you can dispel this divine trial mark. If not, we’ll go find Dan Heng—he’ll definitely have no problem. Dispelling it before the first task deadline arrives will be fine.” Meng Huaifeng continued the team voice chat, reminding March 7th in his mind.

He had originally thought that accepting their assessment and then running without completing it would be a bit rude, so better not to accept it at all.
He hadn’t expected them to disagree, so they couldn’t blame them for sneaking off midway.
Anyway, Bosei had personally promised they could leave Sea God Island anytime.
We accepted the assessment, but there’s no rule saying we have to complete it.
Perhaps in these people’s minds on Sea God Island, failing the assessment means death. If they deliberately failed and didn’t die, that was their skill.
emmm, seems like I unknowingly wrote slowly again, and the pace slowed down. But it should finish before going on shelves. Douluo is a long novel after all, so the length will definitely be longer than movie worlds or such.
Sorry to those who don’t like Douluo. Originally, seeing so many Douluo fanfics on Qidian, I thought Douluo was quite popular, so I started with it. Didn’t expect the reviews to be so poor—miscalculated.
Maybe I fell into an information cocoon. After reading a few Douluo fanfics, it only recommended Douluo fanfic novels to me, leading to my misjudgment.
