“La, you know, some of these characters of mine are still…”
Burufaruto sat on a chair by the long table, looking troubled as he took a thick stack of densely written manuscript paper from La’s hand.
Although every character on it was written clearly and elegantly, like graceful ladies, his Fish-Man head really couldn’t appreciate these twittering birds.

Meeting materials could be unread, but they couldn’t not be taken; after all, the attitude had to be proper.

Kaido on the main seat glanced around the hall—Ember, Burufaruto, Aoxi, Obei, Skipgate wrapped in bandages, and Wright whom La had specifically requested were all in place.

La nodded, returned to her seat, then pointed to the documents on the table and said:
“Everyone, first take a general look at the documents in your hands. These are some proposals I’ve compiled regarding the internal management system of the Pirate Crew in the future.”

“The final grassroots members form an independent unit, with eighty combat personnel plus twenty logistics personnel per group.”
“One hundred people… a ship’s configuration.” Burufaruto immediately realized this personnel composition.
“Correct, these combat squads will be the cornerstone of the Beasts Pirates’ combat power in the future; they will stay on the various islands without random replacements.”
These were actually equivalent to the garrison soldiers at various Navy branches.

This rotation system would allow those mid-level executives to fully familiarize themselves with all territory situations of the Pirate Crew, avoiding being clueless upon arrival at a garrison.
At the same time, this monthly rotation would maximally prevent situations like some Navy branches turning base soldiers into personal armed forces.

Skipgate raised his hand to ask.
