Chapter 189: See you on the weekend!
“Hang up, I need to go to Director Bai’s house. Stay home and wait for me to come back, okay?” Ji Xiangyu’s gentle voice came through the mobile phone.
Athena nodded at the air, but realized he couldn’t see anything through the phone, so she replied, “Okay, I’ll cook and wait for you!”
A happy smile spread across Ji Xiangyu’s lips. He had waited five years for this sentence, and after five years, he finally got it. His mood was indescribably wonderful. It was as if his entire heart was filled with honey, sweet and sticky.

Athena pressed, “Is there something that can’t be said now? And I don’t think there’s anything we need to clarify. I have nothing to say to you, Miss Situ!”
Situ Jingyi sneered, looking at Athena with a proud expression, and said coldly, “You’re back. See you on the weekend!”
Athena watched her walk away, her mind in turmoil. How could she be so confident that she would go?
