On the new day, as Athena followed Andrei into the hotel, she saw all the employees smiling excitedly. Athena curiously asked, “General Manager, is everyone so happy because the food poisoning incident has been resolved?”
As they entered the elevator, Bruce answered Andrei, “Athena, you’re asking the General Manager that? Tomorrow is the hotel’s employee travel, and employees with five years or more can go on an overseas trip. Those with three years get to visit famous domestic attractions. Athena laughed upon hearing Bruce’s words, her laughter bright and radiant, “A hotel day trip isn’t bad either!”
Andrei looked at the happy and joyful Athena, recalling the scene he saw on the stairs yesterday. He understood clearly and said, “Athena, you should go to Malaysia too! It’s good to get out and relax!”
Athena looked at Andrei in surprise and said, “Hey, General Manager, you shouldn’t abuse your power like this! But it does sound quite good, as long as I don’t have to pay myself! However, the recent airplane incidents in Malaysia seem quite serious!”
Bruce burst into laughter, “Athena, when did you become so funny!”
Andrei’s usually stern poker face also broke into a smile. Just then, the elevator doors opened, and the laughter of the three was overheard by Ji Xiangyu and Assistant Che as they entered.
Seeing the three people in the elevator looking so happy, Assistant Che curiously asked, “General Manager, what good news are you discussing that has you all so happy?”

Athena cautiously cast her gaze towards Ji Xiangyu. Ji Xiangyu stood there with a stern expression, not saying a word from the beginning until now!
Just as everyone thought things were becoming awkward, Ji Xiangyu slowly spoke, “Go. It doesn’t matter if there’s one more or one less. I’ll be going too!”

Andrei looked at Ji Xiangyu with curiosity, remaining silent.
Athena, still not having processed it, said, “Chairman, are you joking?”

With that, he strode out of the elevator.

Athena looked at her superior helplessly and said, “General Manager, I didn’t expect your words to come true. I can really go on an overseas trip!”
Andrei said with a slight smile, “Go ahead. Coincidentally, Bruce and I will be going to Japan in a few days to discuss an acquisition. You can go on a good trip overseas with the Chairman. Don’t worry too much about the hotel; everything will be fine!”
