Lu Ziyi’s voice suddenly came from the kitchen doorway.

Lu Ziyi sat beside Ye Chuxiao and placed her feet on his lap.
“Huh?” Lu Ziyi noticed. “Xiaoxiao, why are your shoes wet?”
When they were playing with water just now, it was only a sprinkle, it shouldn’t have completely soaked Xiaoxiao’s shoes?
Ye Chuxiao truthfully said, “They got wet in the rain when I went out last night. Last night, Aunt Song called asking if I knew Chu Sheng’s whereabouts because she couldn’t reach him. So I went to Brother Chu Sheng’s apartment to check on him. Brother Chu Sheng had a high fever, so I stayed to cook him porridge, buy medicine, and take care of him.”
Xiaoxiao stayed at Lin Chusheng’s place last night? Lu Ziyi’s heart tightened inexplicably. He paused and asked, “Is Chu Sheng feeling better?”
“Brother Chu Sheng is much better.” Ye Chuxiao leaned back on the sofa and yawned. As soon as she settled on the sofa, she wanted to curl up and sleep soundly.
“When I went to Brother Chu Sheng’s apartment last night, I saw him lying on the sofa, dazed. It really scared me.” Ye Chuxiao yawned again. “I didn’t sleep all night last night, and now I’m sleepy after eating. Senior Student Ziyi, could you please wash the dishes? I want to go back to the dormitory to sleep.”
Lu Ziyi, however, took off Ye Chuxiao’s canvas shoes and said, “Xiaoxiao, your shoes are so wet, you’ll catch a cold wearing them. Wrap yourself in a quilt and keep your feet warm. Everyone is awake now, and the dormitory building is noisy. Xiaoxiao should stay here and catch up on sleep.”
Isn’t… isn’t that a bit inappropriate? There’s only one room in the design studio, and it belongs to Senior Student Ziyi.
Although the first time I came to the design studio, I was so tired that I fell asleep on the desk looking at Advanced Mathematics problems, and Senior Student Ziyi carried me to his room for a nap, it still feels a bit inappropriate to sleep in Senior Student Ziyi’s room again.
