Chapter 104: Nutrition Isn’t Keeping Up

Bei Ming Hao Chen sat in the restaurant waiting for Gu Siyu. He glanced at her as she came downstairs, then instructed a servant to bring the breakfast.
“Why aren’t you eating first? What are you waiting for me for!”
Gu Siyu was a little confused that breakfast was only served after she came down. This person was really something; he could have eaten first.
“We’re going to school together anyway, so I have to wait for you whether I eat first or not.”
Bei Ming Hao Chen said, drinking the milk in front of him.
“Go to school? What are you talking about?”
Gu Siyu was bewildered. When she left school, she hadn’t said she would go back.
Besides, she had no such plans now.
“You don’t plan on going to school? You want to be at home, letting me support you every day?”
“I don’t mind, but you’ll get so fat you’ll turn into a little pig.”
Bei Ming Hao Chen’s lips curved into a teasing smile.
“You’re the little pig.”
Gu Siyu frowned. This guy, did he know how to speak?
“I, I can not go to school?”
“Um, I’m feeling a bit unwell~”
Gu Siyu made an excuse. Honestly, why go to school? It was boring!
She truly didn’t want to be with those people; they seemed so childish.
“Where do you feel unwell? I’ll have the doctor examine you.”
“If you’re feeling unwell, you should say so early. Otherwise, what if there’s a problem?”
Upon hearing this, Bei Ming Hao Chen immediately called a servant to find the family doctor.
In less than five minutes, a neatly dressed middle-aged man walked in, carrying a small medical kit, followed by several well-trained individuals.

“That won’t do either. Your complexion looks a bit pale; it’s better to have it checked.”
Bei Ming Hao Chen pulled Gu Siyu, holding her in his embrace. He hugged her and then let the doctor examine her.

With so many people in the room, him holding her so openly was terrible for her image.
Ten minutes later, the doctor reported with a smile, “Young Madam is in good health. Perhaps her nutrition has been a bit insufficient recently, which is why her complexion isn’t great.”
