An Unorthodox Cultivation Insight – Chapter 28

Return To The State Of One

Chapter 28: Return To The State Of One

Are you asking why everyone talks about revering ghosts and gods, but for me it’s the opposite, even feeding them feces and such?

I also revere ghosts and gods, but only those who are on my side. For any who aren’t, I feed them feces.

I’ll let them know what the nineteenth level of hell is: the Human Feces Hell!

Hahaha, as we’ve been chatting, things have gotten a bit silly, haven’t they? Hehe, just read it like a novel, a novel.

Don’t read it as a secret manual for cultivating immortality or a guide to seeking liberation and truth.

Just consider it something to pass the time when you’re bored. After a long time, you’ll naturally gain a magical little ability.

Recently, I’ve often seen videos of Mr. Musk. In the videos, he compares humans to biological machines and the human brain to running programs.

See? What this guy says is exactly the same as what I’ve published before.

What does this mean? It means my thoughts are correct.

Some wise people have also thought this far, just like me.

He says everything a person experiences in their lifetime, senses, emotions, etc., all of these are electronic signals.

So, the entire human life experience is reduced to the electrical signals of neurons, and all evidence points to this.

Therefore, if you trigger the right neurons, you can do almost anything.

Did you catch that?

If you didn’t, let me explain. Don’t you think what he’s saying sounds like it’s related to cultivation?

For example, constantly maintaining a good state and sending out good thoughts from within.

Evil thoughts will attract bad karma, and good thoughts will attract good fortune.

Isn’t it like what I’ve said before, that whatever waveband signal you send out from your mind, you’ll receive that waveband energy?

Cultivation is just like this.

But many people say they’ve cultivated for a long time, constantly maintain good thoughts, and even release life and offer food.

Why are they still confused and troubled?

Have you ever considered that what you consider good is just your own self-perception and conviction from your individual perspective?

So, is that good? What kind of good is this deliberate good you do? What kind of good is this man-made good? Isn’t it hypocrisy?

True goodness is to let go of your individual perspective, not seek rewards, not expect anything, it’s instinctual, and comes from the heart.

If a person is always trapped by their own bad habits and perceptions, and hasn’t even released themselves, do you really believe that you’re releasing others?

What is hypocrisy? Hypocrisy is false goodness. False goodness is evil. If something is fake, it’s not real, meaning you’re deceiving, deceiving yourself.

Cultivators should release life as the flow dictates, not for the sake of releasing life.

What does it mean to not release life for the sake of releasing life? It means it’s not deliberate, and not for any reward. Naturally, when you encounter it, your first instinct is to save it. After saving it, you move on, without dwelling on whether you’ll receive a reward or earn immense merit.

If you covet even a little bit, then it’s over. You’re still caught in the form, and your individual perspective still exists.

If you still have your individual perspective and way of thinking when doing anything, then you haven’t escaped the form.

In other words, many cultivators, believing they’ve cultivated for many years and gained certain abilities, still can’t escape karma and the Six Realms of Reincarnation because they have self-attachment.

This habit of self-attachment will be carried into the primordial spirit and entangle it through past lives.

Only by breaking free from habits and hiding the pure and untainted true self within the primordial spirit can you avoid being rejected. This is because the true self originally comes from the primordial spirit.

Or, one could say that the original heart is actually one with the primordial spirit.

Dao gives birth to One, which is the primordial spirit giving birth to the true self. One gives birth to Two, which is the true self giving birth to discernment. Two gives birth to Three. With discernment, besides the true self, you have a good self and a bad self. Three gives birth to all things: the true self, the good self, and the bad self, entangled and influencing each other, generating countless messy thoughts, thus creating countless selves.

The primordial spirit is the form of the Dao, and the true self is born from the primordial spirit, meaning it is born from the Dao.

First, strive to return to the form of the true self, and then continue to delve further into the Dao.

When you enter it, that is called uniting with the Dao! At that time, you can think whatever you want. As long as the primordial spirit is indestructible, you will live forever, roam heaven and earth, travel through planes, experience whatever you wish, and do whatever you want.

Sometimes I even wonder if I was just too bored up there, and chose this life experience for myself.

How am I so talented?

I remember someone saying that one’s life is chosen before coming here. Doesn’t that sound very similar to what I’m thinking?

To experience this game called life, we differentiate the true self from the primordial spirit to form individuals. Then, the true self further develops into good and bad selves. They continue to evolve, and what they evolve into are all pre-programmed programs.

Damn it! The more I think about it, the more likely it seems!

The purpose of cultivation is to return. When you can cultivate back, you won’t have to go through reincarnation and experiences anymore. Otherwise, you’ll be trapped here forever, becoming various things.

Like lions, tigers, snakes, pigs, horses, cattle, sheep, and dogs. The best state is human, because having a human body makes it easier to hear the Buddhist Dharma. The Buddhist Dharma is the method for using awareness. In other words, only by having a human body can you have a greater opportunity to cultivate back to your original state!

I know some of what I’m saying sounds like something out of a fantasy, but the more I think about it, the more it feels true.

All cultivators know that children are in an innate state, and cultivation requires learning from children.

Isn’t that going back?

Cultivating to the state of freedom like a child?

Continue further? Continue cultivating backward?

If you cultivate further back, the true self should return within the primordial spirit!

Damn it! I’ve been enlightened all along the Dao, and what I’ve realized is absolutely correct!

The primordial spirit descends, giving birth to the true self; the true self gives birth to discernment; discernment gives birth to attachment; attachment gives birth to distracting thoughts.

This corresponds to Dao, One, Two, Three, and all things.

Cultivating back from all things means not being attached, not taking distracting thoughts seriously, and gradually reducing distracting thoughts to return to the state of Three, which is having thoughts without clinging to them, the good and bad self, and the true self. By eliminating the discernment, only the true self remains. At this point, you don’t need to deliberately distinguish; it’s all based on instinct. To ensure this instinct doesn’t cause trouble for anyone, cultivate from a perspective of goodness. This allows you to maintain personal integrity, a state where you neither cause trouble nor are disturbed. Continue persevering, and you can achieve white hair and youthful complexions, or even regrowth of black hair, and reverse aging. The final step is to transfer the true self from the body back into the primordial spirit.

Perfect! Indestructible primordial spirit, indestructible golden body – doesn’t that come from this?

My current state is one of non-attachment to my thoughts, and I can even counter-control them. I don’t distinguish right from wrong or good from bad from a self-centered perspective. I can be aware of every thought, change my thoughts at any time, and shift my perspective.

In other words, the next step is to return to the state of One! Innocent and pure! Utterly pure and true! A childlike heart that has not faded!

Innate, pure, childlike innocence.

These three phrases mean the same thing!

Let’s further analyze the characteristics using these three words.

That is, innate, utterly pure, original.

Wahahahaha! Laozi knows the method! I’m going back to the state of One! Wahahahaha!

Yeeeah! Bouncing around, hahahaha! My rhythm, my rhythm, it’s all my rhythm! Hahahaha!
