Chapter 13: Midnight Whistle
After seeing Dr. Li off, Sang Chu collapsed onto the bed again.
Tu You flew to her side, “What’s wrong with you? Didn’t you just wake up?”
“I don’t know, I’m just so tired! I’ve put all my things into my personal Space Link. Are you sure they can all be brought back to the Apocalypse?”
Tu You: “Absolutely!”
*Haa* Sang Chu let out a big yawn, “Then I’ll sleep for a while longer, I’m so sleepy.”
She was truly exhausted, her eyes could barely stay open. In a daze, she fell asleep again.
Half-asleep, half-dreaming,
she heard a whistle, then Tu You’s voice came, “A Chu, A Chu, wake up, we’re going back!”
“Wake up!!”
So tired! Sang Chu couldn’t open her eyes at all. She turned over and fell back asleep.
Lu Min Feng and Mu Xue fled towards the City Gate.
Under the giant Blood Moon, the suddenly appearing strange Plants became a life-saving ladder for the two.
Mu Xue, wearing Lu Min Feng’s jacket, looked at the mutated towering tree, panting, “Senior Student, do we really have to go up? Aren’t these mutated plants said to be very dangerous?”

In the Apocalypse, all City Walls were reinforced and heightened.

With a command, everyone surrounded them. Although this Mutated Tree grew by the City Wall, it was some distance away from it. Originally, when they climbed up,
Lu Min Feng could have taken them both out using his Supernatural Ability, but now, with people lurking below, it was too dangerous to climb out.
Mu Xue: “Hurry up and come up!”

Lu Min Feng didn’t say the rest. He firmly believed that Sang Chu wouldn’t die, so it was safer for Mu Xue to get out than to stay in the city. “I’ll follow behind you.”

When she came out, Sang Chu had already finished treating Lu Min Feng’s wounds and had put a strange Thing on his hand.
