Did the aunt think she… was pregnant?

The aunt said kindly, “There are many people behind you, please exit through the other side.”
“Thank you, Auntie!” Lu Ziyi took Ye Chuxiao’s hand and led her away.
Ye Chuxiao, dazed, followed Lu Ziyi closely under everyone’s gaze.
“Young man,” the aunt called out, “take good care of your young wife. If you have a child, get married quickly!”
“Thank you, Auntie!” Lu Ziyi replied with a smile, “I will take care of her for a lifetime!”
Ye Chuxiao was mortified!
As soon as they exited, Ye Chuxiao awkwardly ran off. Lu Ziyi still held her hand, staying by her side.
After a while, Ye Chuxiao stopped, breathing slightly heavily. She cupped her face and said nervously, “Am I… have I gained weight?”
“Let me see!” Lu Ziyi looked at Ye Chuxiao’s face with a serious expression. The girl’s embarrassed look was so cute, her cheeks were so red he wanted to take a bite.
