Chapter 65: His Strangeness
When Han Wuyu got out of the taxi and urged the driver to get out, he had already stepped outside the driver’s seat. The driver’s expression froze. How could he be so fast?
He quickly got out. Han Wuyu was extremely anxious. As soon as the driver got out, he got in and started driving, flooring the accelerator.
The car climbed unevenly and bumpily. From a distance, they could still see the car stop, and as two figures got out, Zhang Xingqing saw Han Wuyu approaching in the mirror, a cruel smile curling at the corner of her lips.
She glanced at Yin Lingyan, who had fainted in the back seat, then at the two people who were impersonating her and Yin Lingyan getting out of the car. Without a word, she continued to drive the car up.
Han Wuyu was like an ant on a hot pan at this moment. How could he know that those two people were just decoys? After quickly stopping the car, he walked towards the two figures. Zhang Xingqing saw his movements in the mirror, and the smile on her face widened even further.
“Mmm~” Yin Lingyan moaned, touching the back of her neck. “It hurts.”
She slowly opened her eyes and saw the car’s ceiling. Where was this? How did she get here?
“Who are you?” Yin Lingyan saw a very unfamiliar face. Zhang Xingqing had used a disguise technique, so of course she didn’t recognize her.
Zhang Xingqing glanced at her and said nothing. Who she was no longer mattered as much as the current situation.
“Who exactly are you?” Yin Lingyan became vigilant as she saw the scenery outside. She glanced at Zhang Xingqing, who remained calm, and a plan quietly formed in her mind.
Looking at the shaky car window and the hammer behind the car, Yin Lingyan slowly moved her hand towards the hammer. Taking advantage of Zhang Xingqing’s inattention, she grabbed the hammer and smashed it against the car window. The car window indeed broke open with one hit. Seizing this moment, Yin Lingyan stepped on the stool and leaped out. Her slender body flew out of the car window.
However, the glass on the car window didn’t disappear all at once, and her arms were inevitably scraped. After leaping out, the glass shards landed on the sharp gravel.
Yin Lingyan knew that this jump would surely embed a lot of glass into her back and that she would be injured. But compared to saving her life, the injury was minor.
Seeing that she had escaped the car, Zhang Xingqing quickly turned off the engine and got out to pursue. Fortunately, Yin Lingyan usually disliked wearing high heels, so she could run faster. This chase had just begun.

Yin Lingyan kept running, seeing Zhang Xingqing’s hand just within reach. Her wounds ached with every stride, and sweat dripped, soaking her clothes. The back of her clothes also showed faint traces of blood.
