Chapter 185: Oh My God! I’m So Embarrassed!
Little Sparrow Mary heard these words, and her pair of small, beady eyes widened abruptly.
“Good heavens, can sparrows hear this?”
The scene that followed shocked Mary even more; it was unprecedented!
“No, I have to wake Xixi up to watch together!”
Mary flapped her wings and flew to Xixi’s side, nudging its drooping ear with her sharp beak, and shouted, “Xixi, wake up and watch the pervert!”
Xixi’s whiskers twitched, but its eyelids felt as heavy as lead.
It tried very hard to open a small slit, and mumbled drowsily, “Sister Mary.”
The woman who was doing as she pleased on Cong Rui was startled by the sound of the cat’s meow.
She turned her head and looked, frowning, and rather disdainfully pushed the cat off the bed.
Both Xixi and Mary were scared.
Xixi was caught off guard and fell to the ground, and the entire cat was jolted awake by the pain.
“Xixi, are you okay?” Mary asked worriedly.
Xixi frowned and let out a few whimpers, “Sister Mary, I’m okay.”
“That’s good.” Mary breathed a sigh of relief, and then complained, “This female human is so impolite!”
“Exactly!” Xixi nodded, its furry little face filled with resentment, “I really dislike her!”
Mary turned her head to look and screamed, “Oh my goodness! This is so embarrassing!”
Xixi immediately turned its head curiously, its round cat pupils shining frighteningly in the dark night, “Why is she licking Fugui? Do humans like this too?”
“I don’t understand either.” Mary was completely bewildered. “I’ve only seen male humans do this to female humans before; this is the first time I’ve seen the reverse.”
“Will Fugui be in danger?” Xixi was a little worried, because Fugui was very good to cats, so it didn’t want to see Fugui have an accident.
Mary thought for a moment and shook her head, “Probably not.”
Xixi was then relieved.
They watched with wide eyes as Cong Rui was covered in saliva from head to toe.
“She’s so disgusting.” Xixi turned to Mary and complained, “We cats don’t do that.”
Mary had already calmed down and said faintly, “Otherwise, why would she be called a pervert?”
The woman fussed over Cong Rui for a long time before reluctantly separating from him. She stood by the bed and tidied her clothes.
Before leaving, she gave Cong Rui’s lips a fierce kiss, kicked the little cat, and quietly left the room.
Xixi stared at her back, gritting its teeth in anger, wishing it could pounce up and scratch her a few times!
The next day.
Jiang Yuan arrived at Cong Rui’s place and saw his two roommates sitting on the sofa in the living room eating instant noodles, the room filled with the smell.
She glanced at them and then retracted her gaze, following Cong Rui to his room.
On the sofa, a girl with long, wine-red hair nudged her friend with her elbow, “Does Cong Rui have a girlfriend?”
Her friend slurped a mouthful of instant noodles and mumbled as she ate, “I don’t know. He’s so handsome, it’s normal if he has a girlfriend.”
The long-haired girl frowned and, with a “bang,” slammed the instant noodles in her hand onto the table, splashing a few drops of broth.
“What’s wrong?” Her friend frowned and glanced at her.
“Nothing.” The long-haired girl got up and walked a few steps, then her face darkened as she caught sight of Cong Rui’s closed room door.
As soon as Xixi saw Jiang Yuan, it immediately scurried over to complain, “Yuan Yuan, that person last night was so fierce! So mean!”
“What happened?” Jiang Yuan leaned down and held Xixi in her arms. “What happened last night? Tell me carefully.”
Cong Rui also looked at Xixi, his face full of curiosity and nervousness.
Xixi meowed at Jiang Yuan, “Yuan Yuan, it was a female human with red hair!”
“Red hair?” Jiang Yuan’s thoughts stirred, and she suddenly thought of the two girls she saw when she entered. One of them had wine-red hair.
“Yes.” Xixi said somewhat sheepishly, “Actually, Sister Mary discovered it last night. I accidentally fell asleep and almost couldn’t wake up.”
Its meow weakened, “I’m sorry, Yuan Yuan, I almost couldn’t complete the mission you assigned me.”
“It’s okay.” Jiang Yuan rubbed its head and said with a light laugh, “You don’t need to be under so much pressure. Isn’t Mary still there? By the way, where is Mary?”
Xixi: “Sister Mary went to catch insects to eat.”
“Okay.” Jiang Yuan sat on a stool in front of the desk. “Xixi, you continue telling me about last night.”
Xixi: “Sister Mary said that last night, the red-haired female human came into the room and first called Fugui’s name. Fugui didn’t respond, so the female human lay down beside Fugui and started kissing him.”
This was a situation Jiang Yuan had anticipated. She glanced at Cong Rui, “Kiss him where?”
Hearing this, Cong Rui’s eyelashes trembled, and his heart grew more anxious.
Xixi showed a guilty expression, “I’m sorry, Yuan Yuan, I didn’t ask… because I wasn’t awake then.”
Jiang Yuan: “Okay, continue.”
Xixi recounted being pushed off the bed. “She was so bad.”
“She even pushed you, that’s terrible.” Jiang Yuan comforted Xixi by stroking its back.
“But luckily I fell, so Xixi could wake up.”
“Does it still hurt?”
Xixi shook its head, “It doesn’t hurt anymore. When I woke up, I saw the red-haired female human licking Fugui, from his face all the way to his feet. It was so perverted…”
Jiang Yuan raised her eyebrows slightly.
If even the cat thought it was perverted, she couldn’t imagine how perverted it really was.
She looked at Cong Rui again, her eyes full of sympathy.
“Streamer.” Cong Rui’s heart beat faster and faster, and he panicked, “What did Xixi say?”
“Xixi said…” Jiang Yuan explained the situation to him.
After hearing these words, Cong Rui’s face instantly turned pale.
He clenched his fist and said indignantly, “Who is so perverted?”
“A woman with red hair.” Jiang Yuan’s gaze fell on the closed room door. “When I came in just now, I saw a girl with wine-red hair sitting in the living room. Is she one of your roommates?”
Cong Rui frowned and said, “Her name seems to be Xiao Chunlin. She’s sort of a roommate, but she’s here to stay with a friend and hasn’t paid rent.”
“Okay, I’ll take Xixi out to confirm.” Jiang Yuan stood up, took a couple of steps, and then stopped. “Fugui, go get a blood test first. I suspect there’s another reason why you were sleeping so soundly.”
“Okay, streamer, I know.” Cong Rui quickly nodded.
Jiang Yuan opened the room door and saw a fleeing figure disappearing in a panic.
The corner of her eyebrow lifted slightly, and a hint of a smile played on her lips.
Jiang Yuan walked into the living room and saw Xiao Chunlin standing by the coffee table, holding a cup and pouring water.
She couldn’t understand why, if this girl liked Cong Rui, she wouldn’t confess openly but instead engage in such underhanded and undignified behavior.
“That…” Cong Rui’s voice sounded behind her. “I’m done.”
“Let’s go.” Jiang Yuan, holding Xixi, walked out first.
Xiao Chunlin crossed her arms and stared at Jiang Yuan’s retreating back, muttering, “So it’s your cat.”
