Chapter 235: Can I Be A Police Dog?
Si Heng and Meng Xiaokai drove to East Bank Villa, picked up Jiang Yuan, and went to find Hong Jing’en, who is Little Red Riding Hood from the live stream.
Hong Jing’en gave Big Yellow a piece of beef jerky, “I didn’t expect you were protecting me, thank you so much, Big Yellow.”
Big Yellow chewed the beef jerky and barked, “Little Red Riding Hood, you’ve thanked me so many times.”
Hong Jing’en didn’t understand what it was saying and reached out to pet its furry head, “I’m so glad to have you!”
Seeing that Big Yellow had finished the beef jerky, Hong Jing’en took out another piece, preparing to tear it open, but it was held down by Big Yellow’s paw.
She looked up and saw Big Yellow shaking its head.
Hong Jing’en blinked and asked doubtfully, “You don’t want to eat anymore?”
Big Yellow nodded its head, “I’ve eaten enough.”
“Okay.” Hong Jing’en put the beef jerky back.
Big Yellow: “I want to go home now.”
After saying that, it walked to the entrance and waited for Hong Jing’en to open the door.
“Big Yellow, wait a moment.” Hong Jing’en walked to its side and explained, “The streamer is coming over soon, can you wait for her?”
“Alright then.” Big Yellow readily agreed and returned to the living room.

Downstairs, Jiang Yuan held her phone to her ear and said softly, “We’ve arrived, what floor are you on?”
Hong Jing’en quickly replied, “Third floor, 302.”
“Okay.” Jiang Yuan ended the call, turned her head to look at Si Heng and Meng Xiaokai, “Let’s go.”
Standing at the door of 302, Jiang Yuan raised her hand and knocked, “Jing’en, it’s me.”
Hong Jing’en opened the door and said excitedly, “Streamer, you really came!”
After entering the house, Si Heng and Meng Xiaokai showed their identification cards.
“Officer, please sit down quickly.” Hong Jing’en quickly brought them stools.
Jiang Yuan looked at Big Yellow and smiled, “Hello, righteous Big Yellow.”
“Hello.” Big Yellow grinned happily, “I was about to leave, but I waited for you to come.”
Jiang Yuan: “Thank you.”
Big Yellow: “Why are you being so polite!”
Jiang Yuan patted its head, “Big Yellow, I need to discuss something with you.”
“What is it?”
“Tomorrow night when Little Red Riding Hood gets off work, can you not help her carry her backpack?”
“Why? What if Little Red Riding Hood is harmed by a bad person?”
Jiang Yuan explained with a smile, “You don’t need to worry, we are here to help her, and those two are police officers.”
“I know police officers.” Big Yellow nodded its head, “My dad said police officers are heroes of the people, maintaining peace and justice. If I wasn’t a dog, I would want to be a police officer.”
Hearing its words, Jiang Yuan’s eyes curved into a smile, “Big Yellow, have you watched ‘Black Cat Detective’?”
Big Yellow shook its head, “No, I haven’t. Can a black cat be a detective?”
Jiang Yuan: “There are police dogs at the police station too, who help police officers solve cases and catch bad people.”
Big Yellow’s eyes suddenly lit up, “Really? Can I be a police dog then?”
“I think you can give it a try.” Jiang Yuan said, “But becoming a police dog requires strict training, and it will be very hard.”
Big Yellow excitedly wagged its tail, “It’s okay, I’m not afraid of hardship.”
Jiang Yuan raised her eyebrows slightly, it seemed Big Yellow was a righteous and ambitious dog, “Alright then, I’ll help you communicate and let you try at the police dog training base.”
“That’s great!” Big Yellow was extremely happy, “Thank you!”
Meng Xiaokai saw this and asked curiously, “What are you guys talking about? Big Yellow seems very happy.”
Jiang Yuan said with a smile, “Big Yellow wants to be a police dog, and I want to introduce it to the police dog base to try. What do you think?”
Si Heng heard this and chuckled, “Yes, we’ll take him to the police dog training base after this case is over.”
It was rare to encounter a dog that wanted to be a police dog.
Big Yellow understood and barked joyfully, “That’s really great!”

Hong Jing’en looked nervous, “You tell me.”
Jiang Yuan and the others left with Big Yellow.
Big Yellow was going to lead them to the place where the bad guys were discussing, which was a street food spicy hot pot stall near the convenience store.
From a distance, Big Yellow spotted the two bad guys sitting at the spicy hot pot. It immediately stopped and said vigilantly, “Those two bad guys are right there!”
Jiang Yuan heard this and squinted her eyes as she looked over, “Which two?”
There were two tables of people at the spicy hot pot stall, each with two people.
Big Yellow: “The bald one and his two companions.”
Jiang Yuan looked at the table with the bald man. A man with a short ponytail sat next to him.
She lowered her voice and told Si Heng and Meng Xiaokai, and the latter took out his phone to take a photo.
“Xiaokai, you stay here.” Si Heng instructed, “Ziqi will come to find you.”
Meng Xiaokai: “Received.”
Si Heng looked at Jiang Yuan, “I’ll take you back.”
“Okay.” Jiang Yuan nodded and looked at Meng Xiaokai, “Thank you for your hard work.”
“Not at all, not at all.” Meng Xiaokai waved his hands.
Jiang Yuan then looked at Big Yellow, “I’m leaving now, see you tomorrow.”
Big Yellow: “Okay! Take care!”
After Jiang Yuan and Si Heng left, Meng Xiaokai also went to eat spicy hot pot, sitting at a table behind the bald man.
Big Yellow was preparing to return to the convenience store when it suddenly heard the bald man making “choo choo choo” sounds.
It looked over curiously.
The bald man, while making “choo choo choo” sounds, said, “Come here, I’ll give you bones to eat.”
Big Yellow didn’t bother with them; it knew not to eat things from bad guys.
My dad prepares rich meals every day, and I just ate beef jerky at Little Red Riding Hood’s place, so I’m full.
The bald man thought it didn’t like the bones, so he took out another piece of meat. To his surprise, it still didn’t attract Big Yellow Dog, and he somewhat annoyed, dropped the meat and forcefully stomped on it.
Big Yellow returned to the entrance of the convenience store and lay down.
Meng Xiaokai’s spicy hot pot arrived. He unwrapped the disposable chopsticks and stirred the food in the bowl, hearing the bald man and his companion mumbling to each other.
The more Meng Xiaokai listened, the more outrageous it sounded.
These two had actually intended to poison Big Yellow!
Fortunately, Big Yellow didn’t eat that piece of meat!
Now they were discussing kidnapping Big Yellow and selling it to dog meat dealers.
