An Unorthodox Cultivation Insight – Chapter 158

Propelling The Future

Chapter 158: Propelling The Future

The boy remembered what his Master had once said: “We are born in the Dharma-Ending Age, which means the Dharma is about to perish, hence it is called the Dharma-Ending Age. The human body is hard to obtain, yet we have obtained it. The Buddhist Dharma is difficult to hear, and although we are in the Dharma-Ending Age, we have heard it. Hearing it does not mean obtaining it. The Buddhist Dharma, simply put, is a method for enlightenment and understanding.”

Whenever he thought of these words, the boy worried about the children. The times were developing rapidly, to the point where sometimes there wasn’t even enough time to react. With the emergence of various high-tech products, although they could allow people to quickly understand many things, they also made it easier for people to get lost in this dazzling saṃsāra world.

Many times, children’s anxieties about their future are passive because they cannot see hope for the future.

The boy organized the methods for propelling the future as follows:

First, habits are divided into good habits and bad habits. You can deliberately cultivate good habits for yourself, such as forming a habit of consistent learning. Deliberately focus on learning about a certain matter you wish to accomplish in the future. There is a saying that habits create karma. If you develop good karma, you will be influenced by this karma in your future life!

Second, after gaining the blessing of karma, add wish power. The meaning of wish power is the power of will, meaning the things you wish to achieve. Use the power of the heart by constantly thinking about it and reminding yourself from time to time to propel yourself forward.

Third, avert prophecies and use psychological suggestion. Do not speak discouraging words, do not complain, and avoid all such negative energy. Frequently encourage yourself, tell yourself you can do it, believe in yourself absolutely and completely, and enhance your self-confidence.

Fourth, have a grand perspective. Broaden your vision and do not just focus on the small immediate gains; plan for your future.

Fifth, learn reverse thinking. Reverse all matters, or observe from multiple perspectives to find the key points of things and be good at discovering their essence.

Sixth, with no idle people in your heart, your sword will naturally be divine. Take what should be taken and let go of what should be let go. Block all external influences on yourself.

Seventh, do not care about any superficial forms. As long as it does not cause any harm to the country and the people, do not care about face. Loosen your hands and feet and act boldly!

Eighth, find an industry with sustainable income attributes. It is best if it aligns with your interests, or if it brings you substantial income after meeting certain conditions. As long as it is not illegal, anything is possible.

Ninth, do not be anxious about anything. Anxiety is useless. Calm your mind. The more anxious you are, the more you need to be calm.

Tenth, remember this, you are no worse than anyone else! You just lack the method for success and the courage to persevere! I’ve given it to you! Take it!

Someone asked the boy, “Master, do you get angry and lose your temper when things happen?”

“It depends.”

“Master, you are so powerful, you also get angry and lose your temper?”

The boy smiled and said, “I don’t get angry, I just lose my temper. Do you understand?”

“No, how can you lose your temper without getting angry?”

“Hahaha, I don’t harbor resentment in my heart about anything. I just outwardly express my temper. I use this method to stop others’ groundless anger and resentment. After they calm down, I reason with them and persuade them. These are all methods.”

“Master, who did you learn this trick from?”

“I didn’t learn it, I realized it. Hahaha. I remember a long time ago when I was watching videos, a stranger commented negatively on my video. I indulged him, didn’t argue, and even thanked him for helping me cultivate. He wasn’t done. Seeing that I was easy to talk to, he started insulting me. I indulged him again, and he continued to insult me. I indulged him further, and he still insulted me, becoming even more aggressive with his insults.

Hahaha, then I suddenly gave him a surprise and cursed him: ‘Damn your mother, you big idiot, are you a moron? Can’t you see I’m indulging you? What’s with the endless insults? Do you really think I’m the Buddha Tathagata without me giving you a spicy magic incantation? Damn!’

Guess what happened to him afterward?”

“What happened to him, Master?”

“He suddenly shut up. He didn’t dare to argue or retort anymore, let alone insult me.

I thought he was holding back some big move, so I deliberately cursed him a couple more times to see how he would react. Then he didn’t dare to utter a single word, hahahaha. At that moment, I felt that people are really strange. The more you indulge them, the more they bully you. When you suddenly create a contrast, they get scared silly. I realized this method back then.”

“Master, did that person really not dare to say a word afterward?”

The boy chuckled: “Not only did he not dare to say a word, but the next day I deliberately went to tease him. I thought, a man can’t be this spineless, right? He was thoroughly insulted, why no reaction? So I cursed him a few more times, and he still didn’t dare to reply.

Uh, Master, are you that vengeful?”

“Hahaha, not really. I hadn’t cultivated to this level back then, but it was only because I disliked his excessive behavior. I wasn’t that angry; I just wanted to make him behave by scolding him.

As for going to scold him again the next day, I was actually just experimenting, to see if this person was truly soft and afraid to speak, to test the patterns of human nature.

“Did you discover anything?”

“I found that most people are weak when they desire strength, and strong when they encounter weakness. This trait is actually quite bad. It’s not a matter of politeness or impoliteness; it’s that once people get used to this trait, then it’s game over!”

“Why do you say that, Master?”

“If he can bully a stranger like that, how bad do you think he is in his daily life?”

“I don’t know.”

“People like this are usually timid in life and not exactly good people. That is to say, they are the kind of people who have demons in their hearts.

In life, they fear those who are fierce, which isn’t necessarily wrong. But when they encounter someone showing weakness, they bully them. That is evil.”

“Master, how can we observe and discern people like this?”

“Mainly look at a few points: first, look at the light in their eyes; second, look at their aura; third, look at their nature, which means their subconscious behaviors. Analyze and observe through these three points.”

“What if I can’t see it?”

“Learn to speak less and observe more. As the saying goes, it takes three years to learn to speak and a lifetime to learn to shut up. Even I, most of the time, don’t say much when it’s unnecessary. Even with very close friends, I only chat a bit to liven up the atmosphere. Generally, there’s no need for many words; too much talk leads to mistakes. Just watch.”

The boy put down his phone, sat cross-legged, closed his eyes, and checked if any little demons or ghosts were wandering into his consciousness. He found nothing. Damn! A few days ago, there was a big, foolish ghost baring fangs and brandishing claws, seemingly some kind of demon from the West, a big idiot. The boy saw it and directly laughed:

“Oh, your mother’s Sixth Uncle’s underpants with little red flowers, you were looking for me, and you came yourself?”

After the boy cursed, he summoned a blood-red precious sword in his consciousness and charged forward.

This sword was originally white. After slaying many demons and eliminating evil, the boy changed its color. It looked even more overbearing.

“You little bastard, where better could you have gone than to run into my consciousness.”

Upon reaching close proximity, the boy cursed again. Immediately afterward, he controlled his thoughts and summoned ropes, binding the demon into a large pretzel. He chuckled sinisterly.

He dragged the sword and rubbed it against the demon’s crotch, sparks flying. Hahahaha.
