Ye Haifei walked into a clinic without even getting a number. He pushed open the door, threw his schoolbag onto a resting chair meant for waiting people, and sat down.

Ye Haifei wiped his hands on his sister’s white coat, leaving red streaks. He said, “A girl. I didn’t fight back because she was a girl.”
While he was speaking, the girl from before returned. Ye Lian didn’t say anything further. After the girl got her medicine and left with a blush, she pulled her brother over to examine the scar on his forehead, muttering in annoyance, “Are girls so fierce now? Did you do something inappropriate to her?”
The wound wasn’t big or deep. Besides being swollen, the skin was also broken. It was just a little broken skin, and the blood that flowed out. Nie Qiu hadn’t used much force. Ye Lian was cleaning the wound with antiseptic disinfectant using a cotton swab and asked, “What did she hit you with?”

Ye Lian glared at Ye Haifei a few times. “So I can’t even control you, right?” She took out some ointment from a drawer, looked at Ye Haifei, and shouted, “Come here!”

That kind of spirit, what did brother-in-law call it…” Ye Haifei leaned his head forward to make it easier for Ye Lian to bandage him. “Right, that whole aura is what brother-in-law calls temperament! Ye Lian glared at Ye Haifei. She had always indulged her younger brother. Although she glared at Ye Haifei, she still agreed to his request. Ye Lian took off her white coat, tidied the clothes she was wearing underneath, grabbed her bag from a coat rack next to the office desk, and glared at the beaming Ye Haifei. “What are you still standing there for? Let’s go!”
Ye Haifei chuckled and followed her. He watched Ye Lian lock the office door and then walked out of the clinic, which wasn’t exactly a hospital, with her.
Ye Lian turned to look at Ye Haifei walking beside her. “You… what kind of girl do you like?” Given her younger brother’s vengeful nature, how could he not go find trouble with that girl? That meant he must have liked her a little. Hearing him say he wanted to pursue her made her a bit curious.
“Hehe… Sis, why do you think I watched that educational program on Sunday?” Ye Haifei said with a smile. “I could clear a hundred instances in the time it takes to watch that program.”
Ye Lian raised an eyebrow. “I remember that program only had two girls besides the host. Was it the champion? You like her?”
Ye Haifei nodded excitedly, his face full of pride as he said to Ye Lian, “What do you think, sis? My taste is good, right?”
Ye Lian spat and cursed him as “shameless” with a laugh. Then, she said with some worry, “Xiao Fei, I don’t think that girl seems like someone who would date in junior high.
