Nie Qiu sat in front of Huang Yan’s seat and glanced at Li Kai, who had returned to his seat. Ye Haifei arrived with an imposing presence, followed by several male classmates from Class 5, as well as several social youths with dyed hair in various colors and exaggerated hairstyles, who clearly weren’t studying.

The people following Li Kai and those following Ye Haifei immediately gathered around. Luo Xu preemptively kicked a boy, and the whole scene immediately descended into chaos. Fights between boys are always different from those between girls; girls tend to grab more, while boys, even when wrestling, use their fists and feet more.
An Su was terrified. Her home was in Maple Leaf Residential Area, and she always walked towards the back gate after leaving school. She had been curious when she heard someone mention Nie Qiu’s name and came to see, but she didn’t expect to see Li Kai kick Ye Haifei. She felt the pain just watching.
She looked around. Few people walked on the small paths between this school and Maple Leaf Residential Area. There was no one here.

An Su took a step back, then another, and ran. She ran to the corner of a building and peeked out. Seeing that no one among the people fighting intensely had noticed her, she breathed a sigh of relief.

Nie Qiu didn’t speak. She walked out from behind the corner and looked at Ye Haifei. The gauze on Ye Haifei’s forehead, which was in the style of Country R, had fallen off, leaving only a red mark.
