The golden obelisk emitted an unimaginably high temperature, roasting the surrounding air until it distorted and warped, forcing Whitebeard to wrap himself in Haki to protect his throat.
But this man didn’t retreat a single step.
“You declared war first!”
“Everyone on this sea knows that anyone who dares to lay a hand on our family will pay the most painful price!”
A Conqueror’s Haki filled with fury crashed down toward Ra, its intensity far surpassing even Kaido’s, cracking the deck beneath Ra’s feet under the pressure.

But this supreme Conqueror’s Haki was directly repelled the moment it touched Ra.
