Chapter 9: After Dinner (part 2)
“Oh~ So big! So white! It feels just like the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
If we cultivate here for a year or so before going out, won’t we be invincible in the world?”
Aoxi saw the scene behind the door and couldn’t wait to run inside, couldn’t help starting to punch the air whoosh whoosh whoosh.
“Is the space here infinite?”
Obei followed closely behind, but squatted down and gently stroked the ground. The sensation from her hand was very peculiar, making her unable to think of anything similar for a moment.
“Unfortunately, the time flow rate here seems to be the same as outside, so we can’t train like in《Dragon Pearl》.

Aoxi almost instantly thought of those essential little Props in fantasy novels.
“Maybe there are other functions too, to be developed later. For now, let’s leave here first; we can’t leave our bodies unattended outside forever.”
“Eh? Aren’t we going to check out the other rooms?” Aoxi still wanted to see other worlds.
“You can’t enter them yet.”
After leaving these words, La’s figure disappeared outside the door, her consciousness returning to Reality.
She wasn’t reassured leaving the three’s bodies in a defenseless state for so long.
Meanwhile, with the mindset of ‘since we’re here,’ Aoxi still pulled Obei to push those black doors, but naturally, they didn’t budge an inch.
“Huff huff~ By the way, Big Sister La, how exactly did you open the black door back then? I feel like that thing is welded shut.”
Back in the outside world, Aoxi couldn’t help sitting on the ground and starting to pant.
Attempting to open doors inside the Millennium Puzzle’s space is completely different from the outside world; essentially, it requires connecting the mind to another world.
So even if the door isn’t opened, the process of opening it alone requires terrifying Mental Power to support.
This is also why Aoxi, who theoretically has a body that doesn’t tire, ended up exhausted and slumped on the ground.
“Back then, I used all the Divine Power within my body to dispel those black mists before barely opening a crack.
To fully push open that door, you probably can’t do it in a short time.”
“Huff~ D-Do we have to use Divine Power too? By the way, what exactly are those sticky black mists?”
“I guess it’s something like a seal.

After that morning’s rampage, the Divine Power in their bodies had once again hidden like frightened cats, showing no reaction no matter how they called.
“I’m not sure about that either; those Divine Powers feel like part of my body here, and commanding them is as simple and natural as Breathing.”
“Damn, so envious! Could it be… Big Sister La, you’re the real genius!”
Aoxi pouted, but seeing Obei silent beside her, she couldn’t help teasing:

“Alright, your arguing time for today is up.”
La clapped her hands lightly, smiling like a kindergarten teacher stopping the two’s quarrel.
“Speaking of Divine Power, let’s set aside the Millennium Puzzle for now. The top priority is to guide out the Power within your bodies.
This is a Strange world; no one knows what dangers await us, so while it’s still safe, let’s do the necessary Preparation as much as possible.”
It had been almost a day since crossing over, and the group still had no clue about This World; they hadn’t even met anyone they could communicate with yet.
Moreover, even if they did, they couldn’t be sure the people of This World would hold Goodwill toward them.
After all, three elegant yet helpless lolis would be quite dangerous even on Earth’s previous life in places with poor Public Order.
“Got it, Teacher La~”
When it came to controlling Power, Aoxi was no longer sleepy.
La’s flame control that morning had made her envious beyond measure.
Besides, since they’d crossed over and lost their second brother, if they didn’t get some superpowers, it wouldn’t be worth the crossing.
“But Big Sister, what exactly are we supposed to do?”
Obei recalled that morning’s Power rampage; although she and Aoxi weren’t hurt much, they had fainted for several hours because of it.
“I’ve thought about that issue; that morning’s attempt was probably too direct and rough, and since it was the first time, you might not have been prepared.
So this time, I plan to proceed gradually, first letting you get familiar with the feeling of Divine Power flowing through your bodies.”
La’s idea was simple: the Power in Aoxi and Obei’s bodies was now like a closed lake on the ground; digging it open directly would inevitably cause a flood.
But if the canals were dug and cleared in advance, then guiding the lake water in to flow slowly along them, it would be safe.
“Give me your hands. Although the Authorities of the Egyptian God Cards differ, pure Divine Power should be similar. This time, I’ll be careful.”
Hearing La’s words, the two little ones obediently extended their hands. Although that morning’s attempt failed, they still held absolute Trust in La.
La gently held their small hands with her slightly larger ones, and a faint, gentle Power slowly flowed into their bodies, showing no rejection reaction as expected.
“Mm~ So warm… Gurgle gurgle~”
“That’s right, just like the Sun.”
Aoxi and Obei both showed comfortable Expressions on their faces, like two kittens baked lazy by Sunlight.
This time, La was very patient; the Divine Power circulated continuously in their bodies, and each cycle brought out a strand of Divine Power belonging to the two little ones.
Finally, through repeated cycles, La’s golden Divine Power grew fainter and fainter, while Aoxi and Obei’s crimson and blue-black Divine Powers gradually took over…
