Chapter 201: 200 Bankrupt Young Lady From A Wealthy Family
While Wang Heng and Wei Kai were drinking and eating skewers, Ye Xun, at home in Rongdu, finally welcomed her father.
The bankrupt entrepreneur Ye Kang sat on the sofa, looking at his daughter standing before him, a mix of emotions washing over him.
After a long silence, he said, “The lawsuit is over, and the company is gone.”
Ye Xun stared at her father, unsure of what to say.
Ye Kang continued, “This time, I bought a hard seat ticket to come here. From now on, all matters related to the company are irrelevant to us.”
The young girl’s thoughts shifted, and she suddenly asked with a hint of hope, “Then where will you live from now on? Here?”
However, her father shook his head, “A friend in Magic City invited me to help him with some things, or rather, to work for him.”

Ye Kang: “I’ll leave in two days.”

The first dinner the father and daughter had after reuniting was at a small noodle restaurant near their home.
The ordinary flavors and low prices, which a year ago they might not have even glanced at, were now quite suitable for their needs – simply filling their stomachs.
Back home, Ye Xun sat at her desk in the bedroom and opened her tutoring book.
