Shui Birong stared intently at Ye Chuxiao’s solutions on the test paper, examining each one and finding no fault.
Her expression grew increasingly grim. Finally, Shui Birong said resentfully, “You haven’t even written on the first page yet!”

Lu Ziyi took Ye Chuxiao’s hand and led her away from the crowd, ignoring Shui Birong.
The surrounding students naturally made way, murmuring amongst themselves before gradually dispersing.
Shui Birong watched Lu Ziyi and Ye Chuxiao’s retreating figures, hating them with all her heart. She had harbored a one-sided love for Lu Ziyi for five years, only to be publicly ridiculed by him because of that idiot Ye Chuxiao!
Lu Ziyi escorted Ye Chuxiao to her class’s classroom for their Class Meeting.
The arrival of the School Hunk caused a frenzy of shrieks from students both inside and outside the classroom.
Everyone had witnessed Senior Student Ziyi’s protection of Xiaoxiao when Shui Birong came to trouble her earlier; it was so cool and dashing!
Especially Ye Chuxiao’s three roommates, Bai Qianqian, Xu Luoxi, and An Xiazhi, were overjoyed, looking as if they were celebrating the New Year.

Around five o’clock, as the Class Meeting was nearing its end, Lu Ziyi indeed appeared in the corridor.
His tall and handsome figure leaned against the fence, bathed in the dazzling golden light of the evening summer sun, lending a warm feeling to the cool-tempered young man.

Ye Chuxiao felt so embarrassed. Had anyone ever seen students strongly request a teacher to extend class?
The Homeroom Teacher didn’t actually extend the class. She made a joke, then summarized important notices, and finally announced the end of the Class Meeting.
Ye Chuxiao went to find Lu Ziyi. When they left in the afternoon, Brother Congrui and Brother Hou Chun had mentioned a celebratory dinner, and Ye Chuxiao wanted to treat everyone.
