Chapter 275: The Empress Is Killed
“Yu Shi, now the evidence is laid out before you, do you still want to quibble?” Emperor Qin forcefully slapped the desk, looking at her with a face full of anger.
The Empress shed tears, looking at Emperor Qin with a face full of pain, “Your Majesty, we have been husband and wife for so many years, will you just believe these words that slander me.”
Wei Chang suddenly stood up, giving her a cold smile, “If the Empress says it’s slandering you, then I’ll make you completely give up.”

So Grand Tutor Ling had known all along, no wonder over these many years she always felt that Grand Tutor Ling was deliberately making things difficult for her in various ways.
Since the evidence was now irrefutable, the Empress no longer pretended.
She threw the papers upward, the papers fluttering down over her head and scattering everywhere.
The Empress laughed ha ha, laughing wildly enough before revealing a mocking smile toward Emperor Qin.
“Everything was done by me.” The Empress directly admitted it, no longer quibbling.

Madam Yu’s name was Yu Yu.

Emperor Qin had a face full of hatred.
“You can’t even compare to one finger of Yu’er. She was pure and kind, while you are a poisonous woman.”
“She was kind, was I not kind once? If not for you two committing adultery right under my nose, causing my child to die in my womb, I wouldn’t have become like this. It’s all your fault.”
Emperor Qin’s gaze flickered slightly, but he quickly changed his expression, “Your child died because you yourself took unknown medicinal herbs. Don’t think I don’t know. I don’t know what those medicinal herbs were, otherwise you wouldn’t be standing here well now.”

The Empress thought Emperor Qin had relented and breathed a sigh of relief in her heart.
Suddenly, a stabbing pain came from her back. She slowly lowered her head and found a knife had directly pierced through her abdomen.
With a ripping sound, the knife was pulled out from her abdomen, and she also fell to the ground.
She saw Wei Chang holding the bloody knife in his hand, looking at her with a face full of chill.
The Empress moved her mouth wanting to speak, but after a long time couldn’t say a complete sentence, and soon stopped breathing.
