Chapter 39: Amusement Park Thrills
“What deal?”
Seeing that he didn’t object, Han Wuyu revealed a scheming smile.
“You were the one who said you wanted to come to the amusement park, right?”
Yin Lingyan was startled, thinking he was blaming her, and replied listlessly, “Mm.”
“I was injured because of you, wasn’t I?”
“Mm.”
“So, you should take care of me for the next few days until I recover, right?”

Han Wuyu snorted. Yin Lingyan looked at him with grievance and weakly replied, “Okay.”

Yin Lingyan glanced at him helplessly, grabbed a quilt, and flopped onto the sofa, entering her beautiful dreamland.

In the middle of the night, Han Wuyu felt thirsty. He glanced at Yin Lingyan sleeping on the sofa and the small desk lamp next to her, then frowned. Sleeping with the light on at night was very bad for the eyes. He wanted to walk over and turn it off, but then he stopped.

He glanced at the mobile phone that was still lit up next to her, picked it up, and saw 99+ missed calls. He subtly frowned. Seeing that almost all of them were from Mu Qingran, he looked at the sleeping Yin Lingyan and quietly sent Mu Qingran a message: She’s asleep, I’ll call you tomorrow.
Mu Qingran was still worried about Yin Lingyan. When she heard her phone ring, she immediately picked it up and looked at the message, her mind full of questions: “Who are you?”
Could it be her brother?
Han Wuyu was taken aback. After thinking for a moment, he typed out the name “Han Wuyu” and sent it.
Mu Qingran’s mouth dropped open, and her almond-shaped eyes widened. At that moment, her phone also rang.
The screen displayed the name “Mu Qingyi.” Mu Qingran hadn’t recovered from her shock yet and woodenly answered the phone.
“Hello, Qingran, I’m coming back tomorrow.” Mu Qingyi’s voice was filled with immense excitement and joy.
Mu Qingran was stunned. She glanced at the time and rolled her eyes, “Brother, it’s two in the morning.”
After Mu Qingran finished speaking, she heard Mu Qingyi’s awkward voice, “I forgot for a moment, hehe. I won’t disturb you…”

Mu Qingran knew that as long as Yin Lingyan was safe, she could sleep soundly. As for Mu Qingyi’s return, it wasn’t such a world-shattering event. This older brother had said he was returning ten times before, but she had never actually seen him.
Yin Lingyan woke up at exactly seven in the morning. She slowly opened her eyes, seeing an unfamiliar ceiling and an unfamiliar room.
She leaped off the sofa and went barefoot to the bathroom to wash up. However, she saw Han Wuyu brushing his teeth. He was startled when he saw Yin Lingyan and frowned when he saw her bare feet.
Yin Lingyan hadn’t expected him to be there. She glanced awkwardly at her feet and then made a mad dash to grab a shoe bag and put it on. There were no slippers here, so the only thing that could cover her feet was this shoe-like plastic bag. This shoe bag was a must-have item for guests who didn’t want to take off their shoes when coming over, allowing them to walk in without dirtying the floor.
