「Arcane Eye」 is a Fourth-Circle Divination Spell, creating a floating, invisible, damage-immune magic eye in the air for surveilling surroundings, lasting one hour, requires Concentration.

Arcane Eye has 30 feet (9 meters) Darkvision, can observe any direction, and move freely, passing through any gap.

This Spell is a scouting Divine Skill, very useful, especially in exploration.

If Spellcaster is blinded or can’t see for other reasons, this Spell can save life, helping lock targets or cast Teleport to escape.

「Charm Monster」 is a Fourth-Circle Enchantment Spell, works on any Creature, lasts one hour.

Target must make a Wisdom Saving Throw; failure causes Charm status, filled with fondness for you, but ends if attacked by you or allies.

This Spell is hard to evaluate; unscrupulous Spellcasters can abuse it creatively.

Lawful Alignment Spellcasters mainly use it on Monsters, an important tool for solving Problems with Wisdom and Negotiation.

Storm Dragon Mark brings two Fourth-Circle Spells: 「Lesser Elemental Summoning」 and 「Control Water」.

「Lesser Elemental Summoning」 is a Fourth-Circle School of Conjuration Spell, summoning one or more Elemental Beings that obey your commands, can fight independently, lasts one hour.

Casting time is a full minute, won’t shorten much, requires Concentration, limited scenarios.

「Control Water」 as the name implies controls water, base Casting Distance 300 feet (90 meters), can make water rise, part, redirect, whirlpool, etc.

But this Spell is more powerful than imagined; base water volume is a 100 feet (30 meters) cubic Area, 27,000 tons; once caught, escaping is extremely hard.

For the other Fourth-Circle Evocation Spell, he skipped Concentration-requiring 「Wall of Fire」, taking 「Shield of Fire」 instead.

「Shield of Fire」: Thin, ethereal Spiritual Light resembling Flame surrounds your body, emitting bright illumination in 10 feet (3 meters) radius and additional 10 feet dim light.

This Flame Spiritual Light forms a warm shield or cold shield; warm grants Resistance to Cold Damage, cold grants Resistance to Fire Damage.

When hit by melee attack, shield bursts, dealing 2d8 (2-16) Fire or Cold Damage.

This Spell provides solid protection; Resistance stacks with Elemental Affinity, stronger effect.

Key is no Concentration, base Duration 10 minutes, can stay active in Combat.

Too many Fourth-Circle Spells require Concentration, giving him a headache.

Last Metamagic Ability choice: 「Subtle Spell」.

「Subtle Spell」: Your Spellcasting mastery is extremely refined; casting Spells no longer requires verbal, somatic, or material components.
